In our first project of 1P13, our goal was to design a wind turbine blade for a wind turbine. The blade is designed for a village in Quetzaltenango, which is off the grid and only needs to produce a small amount of electricity. In this project, we would need to use material science knowledge and CAD to find the best material to use for our blade. In addition to this project, I have also designed my unique wind turbine blade system.
